 I have been drawing portraits in pencil since I can remember. Faces have always intrigued me as the gateway to understanding human nature and the inner being. I find them to be excellent practice in enhancing one's drawing skills with all the variations and subtlties.
I usually work in 11 x 14 inch format with regular #2 pencils, drawing from a photograph when the subject is not available for sitting. Occasionally I will venture into a pencil with more contrast, or color pencils for the fun of it.
The cost of my regular portrait of one person is $50. I will also scan portraits as part of the fee and email them to you. I'm always open to special requests, so email me with these or any questions you have.
